Allocated on Arrival Apartments - Development Information

A description of the facilities you can expect in your Apartment / Condo is shown below and you will receive the details of the specific accommodation allocated to you, being provided on arrival at the local office in Orlando. Our Orlando Apartments / Condos and the surrounding area are served by a superb network of clearly signed and easy to use roads and Interstate Highways. This means that wherever the location of your apartment, you can be sure of easy access to Disney World Florida or the many attractions in Orlando.

Florida is an ideal holiday location for families with children, and to make the most of your holiday we offer a range of fantastic Apartments. These spacious properties offer great value for money and are close to the many Orlando theme parks and attractions that Florida has to offer, including Walt Disney World Resort, Busch Gardens and Universal Studios.

Property Information

Each of our 3 and 4 bedroom 'Allocated on Arrival' townhouses are air conditioned and are within a twenty minute drive of Disney. All our townhouses have a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a dishwasher. They have a at least 2 bathrooms a living room with standard furniture and at least 2 televisions.

Our self catering Allocated on arrival Townhouses sleep the following:
2 Bedroom Apartment / Condo sleeps up to 6 with 2 on a sofabed.
3 Bedroom Apartment / Condo sleeps up to 8 with 2 on a sofabed.
4 Bedroom Apartment / Condo sleeps up to 10 with 2 on a sofabed.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under additional optional booking items on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked. For full details please enquire at time of booking.
