The home has been furnished to provide your every comfort with an outdoor living space that will accommodate your al fresco dining, sunbathing and hours of enjoyment.

This beautiful purpose built vacation home has the enviable position within the the brand new resort of the Retreat at Champions Gate. The living area is open plan and extremely spacious incorporating the main family living area with oversized sofas for viewing of the large wall mounted TV, a dining nook, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless stell appliances and breakfast bar perfect for casual meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room where celebration diners can be presented and enjoyed. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, a kingsize master suite located at the front of the home. The games room will provide hours of fun and entertainment having comfortable seating, a pool table and air-hockey. Off the family room is bathroom with walk in shower and the added convenience of also opening onto the pool deck.

Upstairs the loft area has been furnished with a large sectional sofa, the perfect space for a family movie night, relaxation or entertainment with the large wall mounted TV, DVD and games console. Off this area is a queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the second queen size bedroom, two bedrooms each having two twin beds and the family bathroom with twin vanities and a tub/shower combination. To the front of the home is the extremely spacious second king-size master suite, the bathroom having twin vanities, oval feature tub and walk in shower. Outside the pool area is screened with a heated pool, covered dining area and ample lounging space. Outside the screen there is a privacy wall.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
