This beautiful home is brand new having been completed in April 2014 with an interior decor of a neutral palate with comfortable contemporary furnishings and complimenting accents throughout. The living area is open plan and spacious incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with a breakfast bar perfect for casual dining. There is a formal dining area with seating for eight adjacent to the family room with it's comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the 65" smart TV equipped with sound bar, Netflix and Blu Ray player. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which is a beautiful queen size bedroom, a 46" smart TV with the ensuite bathroom having a walk in shower and twin vanities, this bathroom also accesses the pool deck serving as a pool bathroom for convenience of guests. Off the hallway is a guest powder bathroom and a full size laundry room. A games room will provide hours of entertainment for the entire family.

Upstairs has four further bedrooms, two bedrooms each having two twin beds share the family bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. A queen size bedroom with the ensuite bathroom having a walk in shower and the fifth bedroom a spacious kingsize master with the ensuite bathroom having a large tub, wlak in shower and twin vanities. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The spacious loft area provides a second seating area with sectional sofa, large TV with a Playstation 3 to provide hours of entertainment for the younger members of the family.

Outside is a great space that is not overlooked and incorporates a covered dining area where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or simply realxing in the shade, lounging space surrounding the heated pool .

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
