Davenport Area Allocation on Arrival - Villas with Pool, Orlando

Properties offered within this region include developments such as Florida Pines, Calabay Parc, West Stonebridge, Solana, Hampton lakes, Highlands Reserve, Westridge, Marbella, Aylsbury and Southern Dunes. All of these developments provide easy access to Disney World Florida and the many attractions in Orlando.

The Davenport Area region is ideal for families and sporting fanatics. Located just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, you are also close to Northeast Regional Park, with its impressive range of facilities including baseball, basketball, tennis, golf and watersports. Supermarkets and many restaurants suitable for family dining are located nearby.

Florida is an ideal holiday location for families with children, and to make the most of your holiday we offer a range of delightful, spacious homes with private swimming pools in attractive gardens. These villas offer great value for money and are close to the plentiful theme parks and attractions that Florida has to offer, including Walt Disney World Resort, Busch Gardens and Universal Studios.

Property Information

All of our 'Allocated on Arrival' villas around the Davenport Area are air-conditioned and are within a twenty minute drive of Disney. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a lounge and dining area, cable TV and telephone.

All villas feature a private swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. A range of optional extras including car hire are available for rental, details of which can be found on the booking summary page.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under additional optional booking items on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
