The villa is located in the wonderful Emerald Island Resort the most requested location close to Disney
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with their own private en suite bathrooms.
There is a further family bathroom as well with bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Master bedroom # 1 has a King size bed, dresser, nightstands, wall mounted flat screen TV, walk in closet.
Master bathroom #1 has a large tub bath and a separate walk in shower, sink and toilet.
Master bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin (single) beds in each.
Mater bathroom #2 has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space.

This great villa has two living areas so plenty of space for all of the family. Both living areas are furnished with comfortable sofas, tables, lamps and each has a large flat screen TV.
There is also a DVD player for family movie nights!
Free internet Wi Fi is also provided at the home so you can keep in touch and brag about your vacation to your family and friends!

The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare family meals and snacks and adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area as well as a breakfast nook.
For some more family fun the garage space has been utilized as a game room with a pool table and air hockey table.

Going through the patio doors from the family room you will find is your very own private pool!
Pool and deck area are screened in to help keep out any bugs and stuff but will still allow the great Florida sunshine to come through and top up your tan!

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
