This end unit townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, is approximately 1,700 square feet, ad sleeps up to 8. This is the perfect place for a single family or 2 families vacationing together. Located in the gated community of Fiesta, it is just 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World. The community has a large community clubhouse with fitness center, tennis court and a large heated community pool.
This townhouse is located right next to the clubhouse. The fully-equipped kitchen will please anyone wanting to stay in and cook a meal. It has plenty of countertop space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. If you need a little more seating when you dine, there is a small dining area with a rectangular table that seats up to 6. The living room has a two-seater recliner and a 3-person sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall for your entertainment.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is downstairs, and it has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. Upstairs is the bedroom two, which has a queen-size bed and, flat screen TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four also have queen-size beds and flat screen TVs.
Downstairs, located off of the dining area, there is a private screened-in porch. Here, there is a bar table with umbrella and two chairs as well as a copper-style charcoal grill. There is a screen door from the patio that leads out to the tennis court and the rest of the community amenities.

Fiesta Key, Orlando is a resort of attractive, pastel townhouses situated in the heart of Kissimmee, just 9 miles from Disney. The desirable location of Fiesta Key also places you near to other popular attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal, which are both less than a half hour drive away.

Fiesta Key is a gated community with excellent security. The resort boasts some good communal facilities including a clubhouse with its own kitchen and lounge area, fitness centre and games room. The large, communal swimming pool is generously decked out and includes a hot tub for guests to luxuriate in. There is also a children's play area and lighted tennis courts.

Located just off the South Ponciana Boulevard, Fiesta Key is only a short distance away from a varied choice of shops, supermarkets and international fast-food outlets and restaurants located on the nearby Highway 192 and in the surrounding area.
