Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, tennis court, golf course, practice range, putting green and a clubhouse with its own café bar.

The entire villa has been freshly painted in 2015, including the pool deck. The villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests with five bedrooms; one en-suite king, two queens, two twins and two further bathrooms.

There are two spacious lounges and a formal dining room, the kitchen with breakfast nook is well equipped and has recently been upgraded with new appliances. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and separate dryer.

Large patio doors lead to the private heated pool and deck which has new patio furniture including seating for alfresco dining or relaxing by the pool on one of the many loungers.

The master bedroom with king bed has a large en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, large corner tub and separate walk in shower. The downstairs queen bedroom has an adjacent bathroom which can make a second en-suite. There is a further queen bedroom and two twins with a third bathroom upstairs. All linen and towels have been renewed in 2015.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
