This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa is situated on a quiet-cul-de-sac with magnificent views of the golf course. It is not overlooked on either side, which provides privacy from the neighbors. It sleeps up to 10. The pool deck faces West and extends from one side of the villa to the other, providing sunlight from morning to sunset. It is furnished with 5 sun loungers, a large dining table, which seats 10, a small table for 4-6, and a free BBQ. Want a heated pool? No problem! Heat is available for an additional fee. The lanai provides shade for the sun and rain. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and contains an extended set of entertainment facilities.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped, and it even comes with a Keurig coffee and juice maker. Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant cooking and dining experience at home. There is a breakfast nook just off of the kitchen which has seating for up to 6. Need more seating? The breakfast bar seats 3. In addition, the formal dining room has a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 persons.

In the family room, you will find a 60” 3D TV with surround system and ample seating in a comfortable sectional sofa. Sliding doors to the patio allows for plenty of natural light and views of the golf course.

The 2nd living room has a comfortable leather sofa and 46" Samsung LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Are you a gamer? Try out the Sony PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii (with games and movies).

The large master bedroom has a fantastic view of the 8th fairway and green, and further onto the 5th and 6th green and the 7th tee. It has a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe with a safe, LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC. The second master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a window towards the morning sun. It features a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in-wardrobe, LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub with shower, hair dryer, vanity unit and WC. The third bedroom has a window towards the morning sun and is facing the quiet cul-de-sac. It has a queen size bed, LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower and a WC. The double garage is converted into a games room with pool/billiard table, add-on table for table tennis, air hockey, foosball and darts with soft tips, TV and a tower fan. The home provides a large selection of toddler/baby equipment: cot (crib), highchair, stroller, car seats and bed rails for two twin beds. As well as a removable toddler safety fence for the pool.
