The dining room has been decorated with great artwork that complements the modern chairs of the glass dining room table. The formal dining area can accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen has a truly luxurious feel to it. There’s lots of cupboard and counter space, making this an easy kitchen to use. It’s also equipped with the latest in technology when it comes to kitchen appliances. To the side, there’s a small breakfast nook that allows for more informal eating.
The living area is a comfortable place to relax as it has a large comfortable “L” shaped sofa that can seat a number of guests at once. Here you’ll find the main flat screen TV, which is also hooked up to a DVD player for your enjoyment.
The beautiful and well-furnished master bedroom is modern and has a king size bed. In the second biggest room you’ll find a comfy queen size bed, and the third room, which is more appropriate for younger children has 2 single beds and is brightly decorated.
The villa boasts a covered patio for guests to enjoy a meal outside or simply just to relax. Next to this covered patio is a private pool accompanied by a Jacuzzi.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
