Situated at one of Florida’s most famous and laid back 5-star gated communities, Highlands Reserve, this gorgeous airy 5-bedroom 3-bathroom home is ideal for those larger families or groups looking for a peaceful summer getaway in comfortable accommodation. Large, with a lot of open space it can comfortably sleep 12 people. The white and creamy interior gives it a real summer feel.
This large pool villa is perfect if you want a totally relaxing vacation. There are 2 master bedrooms, one which has a king-sized bed and the other a queen-sized bed. Both come with their own fully-equipped en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Another comfortable queen-sized bed can be found in the third bedroom; however, it does not have its own private bathroom and instead shares a communal one with the 2 twin bedrooms. Those staying in the first master bedroom will be treated to a separate walk-in shower and their own Jacuzzi. Each bedroom comes with its own flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.
The living room is comfortably decorated and it is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Additionally, there’s also a family room which has more of a relaxed atmosphere. If you wish to dine formally, you have the choice of sitting at the modern glass dining table that can seat up to 6 guests. The large tiled kitchen with wood décor is a perfect place to prepare meals and cook as it has every appliance imaginable. There is also a separate kitchen dining area for less formal occasions. This home also has its own laundry room with an industrial sized washing machine and dryer. You will be able to easily keep in contact with friends and family while you’re away with the Hi-Speed internet connection.
The highlight of this home is its lagoon shaped private outdoor swimming pool. Guests can lounge by the pool on the comfortable sun loungers provided or if they want to stay in the shade, there is always the option of sitting under the lanai where you can look out onto the pristine lawns and greenery that unfolds in front of you.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
