Surrounded by numerous palms and other exotic flora and fauna, Highlands Reserve is the ideal place if you’re looking to get away from it all.

The open living room is chic and with a mix of creams, reds, blacks, and browns, it is the perfect place to relax and remain cool and protected from the heat. With its simple décor and pot plants, the living room area is one of the favorite spots of the home. Guests can enjoy watching TV on the large flat screen TV; however, there are so many other things to do you’ll hardly get the chance to watch it. The new highlypolished dining suite is beautifully designed and sits in an area decorated by a few tasteful paintings on the wall. The table can accommodate 6 guests. For more informal dining, guests can enjoy a bite to eatin the sunny breakfast area that’s located between the kitchen area and the outdoor deck. The wicker table and chair set can seat 4 and all of the chairs have been comfortably cushioned, making this a favorite spot for a morning coffee. Additionally, there are a few wooden stools at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen. The kitchen is light and gets a lot of natural light from the patio sliding doors. It’s open and spacious and those cooking will be pleased to see that’s it is fully-equipped with all the latest gadgets.

The bedrooms are all comfortable and you won’t need to bring anything with you as they’re fully furnished and all the high-quality linen is provided. There is one king suite bedroom which boasts a large king sized bed. There’s a room with a queen-sized bed, and two bedrooms that have twin beds. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful en-suite bathroom that’s clean and modern. It has a hot tub and a separate walk-in shower, and to add a touch of comfort, it’s decorated with some beautiful pot plants.All rooms have been fitted with a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The favorite area of the home would have to be the pool area. Overlooking the golf course, this gorgeous pool is perfect for exercising in or just playing around in. The large patio area is welcoming and a number of new and cushioned sun loungers line the pool’s side. If you want to escape the sun, you’llalso have the option to sit under the covered lanai area where there’s a comfortable table and outdoorseating that could comfortably seat 4-6 guests.

A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.
