Indian Point is home to this amazing 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa. This villa can sleep up to 10 guests at a time with its great 3 star facilities. Before even entering the doors of this beautiful villa, guests are confronted with a front yard that is perfectly maintained and boasts leafy trees. This gives guests the feeling that they are in a safe and tranquil suburb while on vacation.

The kitchen is an open and modern space with wonderfully finished cupboards and great appliances. These include a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The warm sunlight that comes through the kitchen window gives this villa a homely feel. You’ll also be able to dine more informallyon the kitchen stools if you prefer to do so.

A small dining area that can seat 4 guests accompanies this kitchen and makes for the perfect breakfast spot. The main dining room is a cosy spot with great artwork, indoor plants that add to the peaceful atmosphere, and a classic styled table with chairs. A large window makes way for natural light during the day and can be closed at night for a more intimate meal.

The living area with its high ceilings and indoor plants make for a tranquil space in which to relax and unwind on the large comfortable sofas. The room is tastefully decorated with subtle lighting. Here you’ll be able to enjoy watching the flat screen TV or socializing with your friends or family.

3 out of the 4 bedrooms have double beds while the last bedroom has 2 single beds, making it a great bedroom for children. All bedrooms are modern with new furniture. There’s plenty of storage space in each bedroom, and guests will feel completely at ease.

A covered patio with round table and chairs make for peaceful space in which to enjoy a meal or a day by the pool. You can swim in the pool, soak in the Jacuzzi or lie on one of the sun loungers that come with the outdoor furniture.

The lakeside development of Indian Point, Orlando is a pretty, well-established community located in the popular region of Kissimmee. Situated very close to the Highway 192, you are just 8 miles from the magical world of Disney and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

A peaceful development, Indian Point is nonetheless well-equipped with facilities for all the family, including a communal swimming pool surrounded by picnic tables; a tennis court; basketball court and two children's play areas. For the more energetic amongst you, Indian Point offers a delightful fitness nature trail where you can take in the beautiful landscape and lakeside views while you burn off some of that sumptuous international cuisine.

Indian Point's close proximity to the Highway 192 places you in a desirable location for all the best shops and restaurants. Be sure to visit Capone's Dinner and Show, just 4 miles from the development, for a fantastic evening of entertainment and 'All you can eat' buffet dining. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also a convenient 5 minutes away. Not only is Indian Point just 15 minutes drive away from Disney, other attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N' Wild are all less than 30 minutes away.
