Although only a townhouse, it’s able to sleep up to 8 guests at a time, making it a perfect choice for families with children or a few couples vacationing together. The dining area provides classically styled furniture which promises to give the guest a comfortable place to eat their meals. The dining room has also been beautifully decorated with artwork and great light fittings. The simple yet chic dining room set can seat 6 guests.
The kitchen is a clean and spacious area, providing you with all the necessary appliances and utensils that you’d ever need when cooking on vacation. A smaller dining area is situated in the kitchen and can seat 4 people. This area is great for breakfast or quick meals.
The living room has a large and comfortable “L” shaped sofa which has also been beautiful decorated. Guests can kick back and chill in this room while watching the great flat screen TV.
The 2 bigger bedrooms both have been carefully designed and boast queen sized beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms would be perfect for kids with 1 bedroom having bunk beds and the other one that’s been geared towards kids with 2 single beds.
A games room with TV and pool table that can be converted into a ping pong table is also another favorite spot to hang out and relax.
This villa also boasts a covered patio with a large swimming pool and outdoor furniture. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, relax at the patio set under the covered lanai, or alternatively, you can even enjoy a meal outside al fresco style!

The lakeside development of Indian Point, Orlando is a pretty, well-established community located in the popular region of Kissimmee. Situated very close to the Highway 192, you are just 8 miles from the magical world of Disney and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

A peaceful development, Indian Point is nonetheless well-equipped with facilities for all the family, including a communal swimming pool surrounded by picnic tables; a tennis court; basketball court and two children's play areas. For the more energetic amongst you, Indian Point offers a delightful fitness nature trail where you can take in the beautiful landscape and lakeside views while you burn off some of that sumptuous international cuisine.

Indian Point's close proximity to the Highway 192 places you in a desirable location for all the best shops and restaurants. Be sure to visit Capone's Dinner and Show, just 4 miles from the development, for a fantastic evening of entertainment and 'All you can eat' buffet dining. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also a convenient 5 minutes away. Not only is Indian Point just 15 minutes drive away from Disney, other attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N' Wild are all less than 30 minutes away.
