The family room has a 50" SMART TV with almost 400 channels, Playstation 2 with games and a CD player. All bedrooms has cable TV with almost 100 channels.?

The oversized pool with spa may be heated in the winter months. The pool deck is also oversized and has plenty of room to play and soak in the sun, and there is lots of seating and sun loungers.
A hedge is surrounding the screen for your privacy.
The lanai gives you a chance to hide in the shade, and it also have two fans. There is a security fence, if needed, for use when children present.

The whole pool area is screened to keep the bugs out. Here you may lit the candles at night, turn on the pool light, and have a romantic vacation!
