The property backs onto the Southern Dunes golf course with a well-maintained landscaped garden. Shrubs surround the pool area for privacy. This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably.

As you walk through the front door you are greeted by the large open plan living area, which leads out to the pool. The whole area has beautiful tiled flooring throughout.

This open plan property consists of a living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is complete with a flat screen TV; the dining area will seat 6 people comfortably and looks out over the pool area and the view to the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cutlery, dishware, cookware, and small appliances that you need to make any great home cooked meal. Patio doors lead you out to the pool area, where you will find sun loungers and a table and chairs. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Likewise a propane BBQ grill can be provided for an additional fee. You will find a washer and dryer within the unit along with a back up set of linens & towels.

This property comes supplied with toiletries (toilet paper, dish washer tablet, etc.) sufficient to get you through the first day or so, however beyond that this property is self-catering.

2. 2nd Bedroom has a Double bed.
3. 3rd Bedroom has two Twin size beds.
