The home has a compact well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your own meals on a daily basis. The open wall from the kitchen allows meals to be easily passed through to theforming dining area that boasts a lattice wooden dining suite that seats 6 guests. Adjoined to the dining room is the living room which has 2 large plush sofas that sit in front of a new flat screen TV. The wooden décor and floral paintings that adorn the wall give the home a country cottage feel while the new wooden flooring makes the home look clean and new. A ceiling fan can be found throughout every room, helping keep the rooms airy and fresh, something necessary in the intense Florida summers. The large windows with double glazing allow a lot of natural sunlight into the room, making this one of the more popular rooms to hang out in. Additionally, a small side door leading out of the living room arealeads onto the outdoor patio area.

The newly furnished master bedroom decorated in black and white has a large king size bed, a dresser and a new flat screen TV which is mounted on the wall. The room also has a large walk-in wardrobe for your convenience and a modern tiled en-suite bathroom which is bright and inviting. The second bedroom is a twin room that has twin beds with bright colorful bedding. Pictures adorn the walls, giving it a more homely feel and the large window makes the room appear a lot brighter and bigger than it actually is. This room also has its own flat screen TV that’s mounted on the wall. This room would be ideal for small children with its bright colors, decorations, and soft toys.

The balcony offers beautiful picturesque views of the greenery below and it’s big enough to sit on in the evening and enjoy a quiet glass of wine. There’s a small metal patio table with 4 chairs awaiting the guests.

The home has all the necessary modern conveniences to make your stay a pleasant one including cable TV, a fast wireless service, and even a washing machine and dryer.
