The open plan living room and kitchen give an extra sense of space and the chic comfortable furniture will not make you feel out of place. The spacious white designed kitchen with all the state-of-the-art appliances and gadgets you need is a cook’s paradise. For a quick bite to eat, you can perch yourself at the high-top breakfast bar or for more formal dining you can opt to sit at the table. For your convenience there is a separate laundry room.
But by far the winning feature of this home is its totally private pool and lanai. The stone patio is both shaded and in the sun, therefore you can choose whether you’re going to lie on the cushioned sun loungers or retreat further and sit at the patio table set under covering.
