Bella Vida Resort Townhouses - Development Information

Bella Vida, Orlando is an attractive resort located in the Celebration area of Kissimmee, close to the Highway 192 and near to all the attractions at Disney and the surrounding areas.

Located just 5 miles away from Disney and 10-15 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal respectively, Bella Vida is the perfect destination for your Disney family holiday. A number of restaurants are available on the nearby Highway 192, plus the Medieval Times Dinner Theatre is located directly in front of the resort.

Set within picturesque grounds amidst 15 acres of lakes, our spacious, Mediterranean style homes are surrounded by landscaped, Italian gardens. Bella Vida benefits from having a number of excellent on-site facilities including a huge, 6700 square foot clubhouse; large community pool with spa area; fitness centre; cyber cafe; arcades; basketball and volleyball courts; bocce ball and children's playground. You may also like to take a stroll on one of the resort's nature trails and take advantage of one of the resort's picnic areas.

Orlando Villas Direct is proud to be able to offer you 3 bedroom, luxury townhouses at Bella Vida Resort. These modern, spacious homes have been professionally decorated with top quality finishings, fixtures and furnishings.

Our three bedroom, two-storey townhouses comprise a mixture of double and twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchens are well-equipped with all modern conveniences and breakfast bar area. There is a dedicated dining area to accommodate all guests. Our homes come with a stylish lounge with quality furniture and flat-screen televisions.

Our townhouses come with a patio area and splash pool. Guests are of course invited to take full advantage of all the communal facilities the resort has to offer.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under additional optional booking items on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
