The king-size master bedroom suite is the only bedroom located on the ground floor, it has a quiet seating area and access onto the pool patio. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi corner bath, twin vanities set in granite, a large walk-in shower and dressing room.

Central on the first floor is a great gathering/entertainment area which includes a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, a bar with refrigeration, and access onto the rear furnished balcony. This area also offers a guest powder room. There are three further queen-size suites, one with rear balcony access which bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second suite also has balcony access but includes a large walk in shower and the third suite also has a walk in shower. The fifth bedroom offers two twin beds with the bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms include TV's and the home is wireless.

The rear first floor balcony is the perfect space for relaxing or as an extension of the upstairs entertainment area, it has comfortable furnishings for your enjoyment.
