This outstanding home has recently been completely renovated, decorated and furnished to the Reunion standard with an updated feel and now presents as an amazing vacation property. The ground floor is very bright and spacious and offers a king-size suit to the front of the home with a bathroom which includes granite counter top and a tub/shower combination. The tiled hallway leads past the formal dining area and onto the kitchen with it's stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and large breakfast bar which is also complimented by and adjacent dining nook overlooking the pool deck. The spacious living area with it's large flat screen TV above the fireplace and comfortable seating, offer access to the rear patio which overlooks the golf course and the pool deck via multiple patio doors allowing the house to be flooded with natural light. To the rear of the home is the first master king-size suite also having amazing golf views and access to both the rear patio and pool deck. The bathroom has a large corner tub, walk in shower and twin vanites with a large walk in closet.

The sweeping staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the movie theatre with large screen and projector. There are two further bedrooms each with two full size beds that share a 'jack and jill' style bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the games rooms which has the added advantage of having French doors which lead onto the rear furnished balcony.
