This beautiful unique home has two parts. The first being the three story main house. On the ground floor is the living area which incorporates a large sectional sofa perfect for relaxing and watching the large flat screen TV, or simple admiring the view through the wall of glass that looks onto the pool deck and golf course beyond. The first dining area is adjacent and leads into the open plan kitchen offering an over sized gas stove, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with seating. There is also a formal dining area and wine store for those who wish to entertain and a guest bathroom which includes a walk in shower.

On the first floor to the rear is the king-size master suite with its large bathroom incorporating twin granite vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. From the bedroom you can access the private balcony offering breathtaking views of the golf course. To the rear of this floor is the laundry room, a guest powder room, and a bonus room with comfortable seating, a work station, and large flat screen TV. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, one queen size and the other full size, where both gain access onto the rear balcony and share a bathroom having twin vanities and a tub shower combination. The fourth bedroom is a queen size with a bathroom ensuite complete with a bath tub and walk in shower.

The guest suite is accessed by a staircase outside of the main house and has a queen size bed, sitting area with TV, a work top with built in refrigerator and bathroom offering a walk in shower.

To the rear of the main house the pool deck offers covered dining area, built in Summer Kitchen, and lounging space all overlooking the golf course.
