This beautiful brand new home is located on the West side of Reunion amongst some of the most prestigious properties in the resort. The decor and furnishing are a collaboration of the renowned designer and the owners which has resulted in a luxurious yet 'homely' feel throughout the property. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and Wi-Fi throughout.

The ground floor living area is open plan at the rear of the home incorporating the kitchen with its granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar which overlooks the formal dining area and family room which has comfortable seating, large wall mounted flat screen TV and a wall of patio doors offering access and amazing views of the outdoor living space and golf course beyond. To the front is the games room with a pool table, foosball, seating, and wall mounted TV which will provide hours of entertainment for the family. The only bedroom on this floor is the first king-size master suite with the ensuite having twin vanities, corner tub and walk in shower. There is also a guest powder room for added convenience. Upstairs the landing area provides a second lounge space with ample seating, large TV, and Xbox game console. To the rear is the second king-size master suite with it's private balcony providing views of the pool area and beyond. The ensuite has twin vanities, tub and walking shower. Off the landing are two bedrooms each having two twin beds and both ensuite bathrooms offer walk in showers. At the front of the home is the third king-size master suite having a private balcony and the bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
