Located on Excitement Drive in the Liberty Bluff section of the Reunion Resort overlooking one of the three PGA golf courses that Reunion is home to - having Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus courses which no other resort in the world can claim. In addition to golf, the Reunion Resort and Spa has a wonderful array of amenities including excellent restaurants, an outstanding spa, tennis, water park, cycling trails, and beach volley ball courts to name a few though membership is required for certain activities.

The decor of this house has been finished in subtle natural tones with calming accents. Your every need has been catered for by the homeowner to ensure that your stay is one of total satisfaction.

This home is of the courtyard style having the pool area in between the garage and the house providing privacy with ample space for dining al fresco and sunbathing.

On the first floor of the main house is the first of the king-size suites with the bathroom having a tub shower combination and twin vanities. There is a pool area with slate table for your enjoyment off the hallway leading to the family area which is open plan with a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen beautifully fitted with wood cabinetry, and granite counter tops complete with breakfast bar. The family room with wall mounted TV and Blue Ray is complimented with ample seating and has glass doors that reveal breathtaking views of the golf course. The outside area has seating perfect for those lazy summer evenings with a glass of wine or simply admiring the skills of the passing golfers. The fully equipped laundry room is conveniently located on this floor.

Upstairs to the rear of the home is the main king-size master suite with seating area, flat screen TV and large bathroom having twin vanities, tub and walk in shower. The bedroom has access onto the private furnished balcony with fantastic golf views, a idyllic space for relaxation. The third and fourth bedroom have two twin beds in one and two full size beds in the other each have their own bathroom, one with a tub shower combination and the other a walk in shower. One bathroom has and additional door offering access from the loft recreation area which has a sofa bed, large flat screen TV, built in wet bar and gaming table. Each bedroom offers a TV with and the home has Wi-Fi and upgraded viewing package.
