The main house has three bedrooms with a further two in the guest house, perfect for two families. A game room and picturesque pool deck with golf course views will provide hours of entertainment and relaxation.

You enter the home into the courtyard which is a lovely garden area with shrubbery and fruit trees. The main house has one kingsize bedroom with a bathroom ensuite on the ground floor, perfect for those who may be physically challenged which also opens onto the courtyard. Off the hallway is a guest powder room and the living area which has a fully equipped kitchen having granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar for casual dining. The family seating area has comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the 60' wall mounted TV, a formal dining area all overlooking the outdoor living space, pool and adjacent golf course.

Upstairs is a work station for the convenience of guests and a laundry room. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the bottom being full size and the top, twin size with a bathroom ensuite. To the rear is the master king-size suite which is spacious and includes a seating area, bathroom with window tub, walk in shower and twin vanities. This bedroom also has a private balcony offering amazing golf course views and a great space for relaxing at the end of a busy day.

Across the garden courtyard is the guest suite with two bedrooms, the first a king-size bed and the second having bunk beds the bottom being full size and the top, twin size and also a twin size day bed, a shared bathroom can be acessed by both rooms, There is also a washer and dryer along with a mini kitchen for added convenience. Downstairs is the game room which has excercise equipment, a pool table, foosball and a wall mounted TV with games console which will provide great family entertainment.

Unusual for courtyard homes the pool is located at the rear of the home allowing for more sun, a covered dining area will be perfect for al fresco dining, a hammock for those lazy times and lounging space around the heated pool and spa with stone waterfall feature. All this adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course!
