Dean's Solterra Resort Villa is the perfect home away from home for a large family, or even multiple familes traveling together. Located in the prestigious community of Solterra Resort, it is approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and 35 minutes to Sea World and universal Studios. With 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms and over 3600 square feet of space, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Enjoy the luxury of cooking family meals in your very own fully equipped kitchen. The home also has a full size washer and dryer for added convenience.

There are two guest bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen size bed and the second one has a full size bed and a twin size bed. Both also have a flat screen TV. There is a shared bathroom located in the hallway outside of these two bedrooms. The master suite is located upstairs and consists of a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are two other rooms that also have one full size bed and one twin bed, and a flat screen TV. The 6th bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Also upstairs is a family room with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a pool table for added entertainment.

Enjoy your own private, screened-in pool (pool heat available for an additional charge). There is a covered lani, if you prefer to stay out of the sun, but still enjoy the outdoors. The deck is very spacious, which is perfect for afternoon sunbathing.

Make sure you check out all of the amenities that Solterra Resort has to offer! You will probably want to schedule a day, just to spend at the resort. There is a beautiful clubhouse, with fitness center and game room. The resort pool is huge and even has a fun waterslide. The community also has tennis courts and a sand vollyball court.
