There are 8 inviting bedrooms as well as 6 full bathrooms, a game room and 10 TVs, throughout, with standard digital cable that has over 70 channels. While you are lounging comfortably should you wish to watch movies there is also a Blu-ray player in the living room. Your very spacious home sleeps 18 people or up to 20 people when utilizing the sofa bed located in the upper living area. A temperature controlled centralized cooling and heating unit is a splendid amenity for those hot summer days or cool winter nights. As you walk through the home you will find one of the master bedrooms furnished with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom comprised of a garden tub, a stand up shower, his & her sinks and 2 walk in closets, as well as one guest room with a queen size bed. On the second floor you will find two more master bedrooms, one furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom comprised of a his & her sink and bathtub/shower combo. The other master with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom comprised of a his & her sink and a stand up shower. There are also four more guest rooms with another queen size bed in one room, 2 twin beds in two rooms and finally one room with a bunk bed of 2 full size beds.

Dinning seats 20 total includes 16 in the dining area and 4 at the breakfast bar. Pool area is made up of furnishings that include 1 table surrounded by 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a sectional couch with an ottoman and matching chair (with cushions). All bedrooms include at least 1 bed, 1 nightstand, and 1 chest or dresser as standard furnishings.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
