Our home enjoys lovely open views over water, where birds can often be seen swimming or enjoying the sun. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
From the minute, you walk in the door you will be Wowed! This is a step above your "normal" vacation home.
Our spacious home is large enough to accommodate a large group, but equally a home from home, it is extremely comfortable for a small group too.
This home has been professionally designed and furnished with luxury, style and comfort. The first floor living areas comprise a Family Room with a spacious sitting area open to the kitchen and dining area.
The first floor is overlooks the lake front pool deck and includes a pool and spa. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with a poker table and/or an area to play games. There are traditional board games as well as a large TV.
There is a games room with Foosball, Air hockey and Pool table for all the family to enjoy.
Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day.
Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds are extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bed linen and plenty of towels, including pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack, there is cooler and containers if you are planning a picnic.
We provide a crib, high chair, for the mother with young children.
Lots of little extras make our home away from home special such as Hairdryer in every bathroom, and many TV channels. Wi-Fi is fast and secure and Free in our home. Calls with the United States.
Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 8- 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and about 30 minutes to Universal depending on traffic.
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition. Rest assured you won’t be disappointed, our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that it is even better than it looks on the pictures!
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
There are two supermarkets within 2 minutes’ drive, as well as restaurants - on the 192 and route 27

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
