Property DescriptionWelcome to Mega House! This home is the pinnacle of luxury and size that we offer, and you need to experience it. Located in Windsor at Westside, this bastion has more than 4,000 square feet of space, eight bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 16 people!
This caliber of home deserves a thorough description, and that is just what it’s going to get. Let’s start outside. When you pull up outside this villa, you’ll first notice the well-manicured front yard, brick driveway, and what appears to be tan-colored, normal villa. Inside, it’s a different story. The kitchen is big, very big. It has white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar, which has four stools. If there is one kitchen you want to cook in while on vacation, this is the one. Don’t worry about not having the correct equipment or utensils to prepare a meal, this kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you may need. Just off the kitchen is the large, spacious living room. It’s tastefully decorated with blue and beige colors and has two sofas and a leather armchair. There is also a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. If you’re going to want a place to relax and watch TV after a long day out at the parks, this living room is definitely it. The patio door at the back of living room provides you with access to the beautiful pool area (we will touch on this in a moment). When it comes time to eat, the breakfast bar just won’t have enough space or seating. Enter the formal dining room. This room has a very long wooden dining table with 8 wooden chairs on either side and two blue high back cloth chairs at both ends of the table. For a casual place to relax and unwind, try the large den upstairs. With blue as the accent color in this room, there are two sofas, a table and two chairs, a wine fridge, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall and a Shuffle Board table. This is the place to hang out and socialize with others.
Let’s briefly talk about the bedroom layout. There are 8 bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two are downstairs, and the remaining six bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, granite countertops, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has a king-size bed and a shared en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has a queen-size bed. Bedroom five has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom three. Bedroom six also has a king-size bed. Bedroom seven has two single beds and is Disney themed, and bedroom eight has single over single bunkbeds and is also Disney themed. While the bedrooms with queen and king beds are great for couples or older children, the two rooms with single beds are great for the younger members of the family. With a place that can sleep so many people come a place that’ll soon have a great deal of laundry. This is no problem. There is washing machine and dryer in the villa for your convenience.
Just through the patio door in the living is a large screened-in pool area. Here, there’s a long pool, spa, loungers for those wanting to work on their tan, and long patio table with plenty of seating. If you’ve had enough of the sun but still want to be outside, head to covered lanai. What’s also so great about this area are the lake views.
