Property DescriptionWant luxury and space? How does a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom private villa that sleeps up to 10 people and has over 2,500 square feet of living space sound? If you’re liking what you’re hearing, read on. It is located in the Windsor at Westside Resort.
From the moment you pull up to this vacation villa, you’ll know that this place is something special. When you enter the villa, you’ll notice that all communal areas are tiled throughout. The living room has a large U-shaped sectional, large flat screen TV, and blue accent wall that really makes everything in the room pop. Need some additional living space? No problem! Upstairs, there is a second living room area that has another U-shaped sectional and a large flat screen TV. Both living areas are great for everything to relax in after a long day out at the parks. The fully-equipped kitchen is large and modern. It has stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for up to four people. If you love to cook, you’ll love this kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the dining room / area. Here, there is a large rectangular dining table surrounded by eight chairs. If you like pools, you’ll love this pool. It’s a good size, is screened in, and has a covered lanai.
There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has two single beds and. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedroom either have their own private en-suite bathroom, or they share a bathroom. All rooms also have their own TV.
