Its location just off the Highway 192 places you close to a variety of good restaurants, shops and supermakets and its close proximity to the Interstate 4 means you are an easy 25 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and ideally positioned to explore the beautiful beaches and fabulous attractions on the East and West coasts of Florida.

Property Information

Our luxury apartments at Oakwater are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All homes feature a master suite with King or Queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. Each has a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer, cable TV, telephone and a garage suitable for one car.

Some of our Oakwater apartments include a games room with games such as billiards, air hockey and table tennis. Playstations are also available. These can be requested at the time of making your booking and will be confirmed within 48 hours. For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
