Southern Dunes in Haines City is a popular gated development situated within the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club on the Highway 27. The golf course is ranked one of the best in Florida and has over 150 bunkers amidst its undulating greens.

Southern Dunes is set in attractive grounds with a community feel and quiet roads to jog round, along with a picturesque lake you can fish in. Southern Dunes is located just 25 minutes drive from the exhilerating sights of Disney, with other popular attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N' Wild just 35 minutes away. Its convenient location on the Highway 27 means you are never far from a superb choice of restaurants, and the close proximity to the Highway 192 and Interstate 4 provide easy access to explore the rest of Orlando.

Property Information

All our villas in Southern Dunes are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Each spacious villa features at least one ensuite bathroom; fully fitted kitchen with mircowave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge area with sleeper sofa; cable TV and a DVD player.

All homes feature a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Hot tubs and barbecues are available upon request and confirmed within 48 hours of your booking. Other optional extras such as car hire are also available and can be found on your booking summary page.

As this development is built within the grounds of the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, many of the homes feature a pool with views overlooking gardens, fairways or the adjoining conservation area.
