The fully air-conditioned home has a spacious living room located downstairs which boasts large comfy sofas and a sofa bed for any unexpected guests. Additionally, a family room, a large fully-fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a formal dining room that seats 6 people can be found downstairs. Additional dining can also be done on the 4 high wooden breakfast barstools or the informal dining area which seats 4 people and is connected to the kitchen. Guests can kick back and relax in the family room and enjoy the 2 large inviting sofas and arm chair while watching the 46” HD flat screen TV with Blu-ray and a home entertainment center. One twin bedroom can be also found downstairs with a separate bathroom, which is not an en-suite.
