This modern townhouse with its beautiful facade is situated at the beautiful Lake Berkley vacation resort. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This is a great townhouse for family or sharing couple. You’ll be close to every place you need to be close to while still maintaining privacy and peace.
Before entering the townhouse guests are greeted by a picturesque front facade. The front door of the townhouse is situated in between two palm trees adding to its sub-tropical feel. The bright colors are inviting, and there’s plenty of lawn area around the home for kids to run about on.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with great appliances and utensils. These include a fridge, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. Two stools have been provided, so that the kitchen counter top can also be used as a breakfast nook. The brightness of the kitchen is due to the windows and the natural sunlight helps to create the illusion of more space.
The kitchen leads into the dining area. This dining area has a magnificent light fixture along with a beautiful wooden table that can seat up to 6 guests. The purposefully sparse decorating adds to the modern feel.
The living room is an open space with two comfortable couches for guests to kick back and watch the TV. The home also has cable TV, a DVD player and fast wireless.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, TV and en-suite bathroom which has been beautifully tiled and finished and includes a separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and dresser while bedroom 3 has two single beds. The last 2 rooms share a communal bathroom, which can be found between them. A third bathroom is situated on the ground floor of the townhouse.
The villa also has a covered patio that looks out onto the lake. This make for a relaxing spot to enjoy a cold beverage at the end of a long day.
