The Caribbean-style holiday resort of Bahama Bay, Orlando resides on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport, just 10 minutes away from Disney. This gated resort is spread over 70 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by attractive palm trees, lakes, waterfalls and fountains.
Bahama Bay Resort boasts exceptional facilities with something for all the family. Take your pick of the four heated swimming pools, complete with water features, hot tubs and two pool bars. The sandy beach area, equipped with sun-loungers, will give you a true taste of the Caribbean while you relax and soak up the sun. There is a large clubhouse with recreation centre; a games room featuring the latest arcade games; a large, well-equipped fitness centre; gift shop and even a movie theatre. A children's play area will help keep the kids entertained, whilst those feeling more active can take advantage of the large tennis courts. Various walks are available so guests can take the opportunity to fully appreciate the resort's beautiful surroundings. You may even like to indulge in a spot of fishing while you enjoy the tranquility of this award-winning resort.
Bahama Bay benefits from having its own resort restaurant, serving a good range of sumptuous, international cuisine. Due to its excellent location however, a variety of other restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also available in the surrounding area. As well as being just 7.5 miles from the magical world of Disney, Bahama Bay places you near to many other popular attractions in Orlando, such as SeaWorld and Universal, as well as numerous championship golf courses in the neighbouring areas.
