This Indian Point vacation rental is a great spot for your family. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it can sleep up to 9 guests at a time. With its close proximity to the major attractions and its peaceful charm, this home will make for a memorable stay. Located on a quiet road of a safe gated community, you will never have to worry about the safety of your children while they play outside on the vast lawns.
The bright living room is beautifully tiled and is finished with classic furniture and fixtures. This living area also has a large flat screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is spacious and modern and it provides more than enough space to prepare and make food along with all the necessary appliances and utensils that a kitchen would need. Nestled at the back of the kitchen there’s a small informal dining area that seats 4 people, and it’s the perfect spot to have a quick meal on-the-go in the morning. The granite counter tops and tiled floors also make this space really easy to keep clean.
All of the bedrooms have vintage inspired decorations and furniture. Bedroom 1 is a sunny room as it’s positioning of the window ensures long sunlight hours. It has a king size bed, a beautifully designed wooden dresser, a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds and share a communal bathroom that’s situated in the hallway.
The garage of this villa has been converted into a games room that provides a pool table, a dart board and a foosball table. There’s also a small table with 4 small chairs that’s been especially designed for young children. Here children will be able to play board games or draw.
The covered patio and private heatable pool surrounded by trees make this a peaceful and tranquil place to relax. The lagoon shaped pool is inviting as are the sun loungers that lie next to it.

The lakeside development of Indian Point, Orlando is a pretty, well-established community located in the popular region of Kissimmee. Situated very close to the Highway 192, you are just 8 miles from the magical world of Disney and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

A peaceful development, Indian Point is nonetheless well-equipped with facilities for all the family, including a communal swimming pool surrounded by picnic tables; a tennis court; basketball court and two children's play areas. For the more energetic amongst you, Indian Point offers a delightful fitness nature trail where you can take in the beautiful landscape and lakeside views while you burn off some of that sumptuous international cuisine.

Indian Point's close proximity to the Highway 192 places you in a desirable location for all the best shops and restaurants. Be sure to visit Capone's Dinner and Show, just 4 miles from the development, for a fantastic evening of entertainment and 'All you can eat' buffet dining. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also a convenient 5 minutes away. Not only is Indian Point just 15 minutes drive away from Disney, other attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N' Wild are all less than 30 minutes away.
