The spacious living room has a large comfortable L-shape sofa that can seat many people at once. Adorned with throw cushions and an antique wooden coffee table, this is one of the preferred rooms of the house to sit and relax. It has 2 armchairs for extra guests and the large flat screen TV and DVD player is always popular when people want to unwind. The modern corner kitchen in white is spacious and fully-equipped with everything you can imagine, so you can prepare your family a meal. There’s a lot of cupboard space and guests can sit on 1 of the 3 leather barstools at the kitchen bar if they want to grab a quick snack.

The formal dining area is simple with a wooden dining suite with 6 leather chairs. Situated right next to a beautifully draped window, there’s plenty of natural sunlight, making this one of the sunnier rooms. The king size master bedroom has a country feel to it. With its wooden bedroom furniture, extra lampshades, and pretty floral paintings, you’ll feel right at home. Additionally, the room has a number of large windows, giving the room a lot of natural light. The second master bedroom, which is located downstairs next to the first master bedroom also has a king-size bed. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, a walk-in shower cubicle, and bath. There’s plenty of closet space and each room also has its own flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The third room is also located downstairs. It has a comfortable queen-size bed and all the necessary matching bedroom furniture. The 2 twin bedrooms are spacious with a lot of closet space and even a flat screen TV.

This home also has the convenience of having its own laundry room that has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, meaning you do not have to travel to the clubhouse laundry service to get your clothes washed. The home also has a great games room, which will keep guests entertained for hours and it boasts a full-size pool table and an air-hockey table. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout the home and there are also a number of telephones, which will allow you to make regional calls free of charge.
