The lakeside development of Indian Point, Orlando is a pretty, well-established community located in the popular region of Kissimmee. Situated very close to the Highway 192, you are just 8 miles from the magical world of Disney and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

A peaceful development, Indian Point is nonetheless well-equipped with facilities for all the family, including a communal swimming pool surrounded by picnic tables; a tennis court; basketball court and two children's play areas. For the more energetic amongst you, Indian Point offers a delightful fitness nature trail where you can take in the beautiful landscape and lakeside views while you burn off some of that sumptuous international cuisine.

Indian Point's close proximity to the Highway 192 places you in a desirable location for all the best shops and restaurants. Be sure to visit Capone's Dinner and Show, just 4 miles from the development, for a fantastic evening of entertainment and 'All you can eat' buffet dining. A 24-hour Walmart supermarket is also a convenient 5 minutes away. Not only is Indian Point just 15 minutes drive away from Disney, other attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N' Wild are all less than 30 minutes away.

Property Information

All of our luxury villas at Indian Point are air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob; washing machine and tumble dryer; microwave and dishwasher. Our villas comprise at least one master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms can sleep an extra 2 people in twin beds, double beds or bunks beds, with the use of an extra bathroom. The spacious lounge areas offer comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for all the family to enjoy.

All our villas come with their own private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Hot tubs and games room are available in some of our villas upon request and will be confirmed within 48 hours of making your booking. Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
